How it all got started....
In 2020 my family and I returned to Burlington after a 4-year stint of living on a Disney Cruise Ship, crazy I know. We had returned to the city we had labored in the season before, a city pregnant with prophetic promise yet to be birthed.
An intercessory journey began. I was gripped by the Lord and awakened to time and purpose. I felt a nudge to gather the scattered remnant. I asked another couple if they would join and Gather at the Fire, a monthly prayer and worship burn began. About two years into Gather at the Fire, I felt a shift coming. The Landing was beginning to take shape in my heart.
In 2022 a friend invited me to their mission in Africa. To be honest I didn't have a desire to get the funds needed to go, as there was a mission before me on the home front. I asked the Lord if I was to go, and I was surprised how clear and quick the response came. I heard in my spirit; "I will give you a heart for the nations to better steward your land."
When on this trip, I was asked if I wanted to speak and share at three different places. I had never even given a full sermon or technically "preached" before. I had an unusual hunger and spent a lot of time in the word, but actual thought of speaking was terrifying, I was a worshiper that led prayer meetings.
Well, I said yes, and I got to experience the release of the fire stored within my bones. There was no turning back as I experienced what was possible not only with releasing revelation, but what it looks like when one obeys, and God builds his household on a mission with purpose.
Soon after coming home my husband and I decided it was time. We gathered a team and launched The Landing 3-3-24. Without a polished plan, but with what we felt was God's dream burning in our hearts, we took the leap of faith. The Lord has been faithful and is giving daily grace for the unfolding mission. Thank you for your prayers.
Lastly, 2 Chronicles 16:9 says, the eyes of Jehovah run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is toward him. We believe our hearts are the LANDING place. Come join us!

Expanding the vision...
We see the next revival coming to the youth with the love and assistance from all generations to a harvest of mature sons. We are raising funds to prepare a space for A to Z, a place of hospitality and mentorship for gen z and alpha. We see an army growing going out with the good news anointed to heal and restore all the enemy has stolen. Our local and abroad missions will be supplied with people carrying the Kingdom with provision to serve our city and the Nations.
Where we are headed...
Shoquoquon Cafe will grow to be the Shoquoquon Center, which will provide showers, laundry, and a welcoming 3rd party space to those in need. Revelation, resources, and connections to meet the needs at hand. God is moving so we will move with Him, walking out the reality that nothing is impossible for those who believe.
