From the beginning Jesus’ message was, “The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.” This is more than a physical reality—it is a realm where righteousness, peace and joy reign. Now, we are called to land this culture of God’s Kingdom into every sphere of influence.

Jade & Aaron Lotzow
Life is about the journey, not only the destination. For Aaron and Jade, the journey has led to this moment. Since 2008, The Lotzow’s have served as Youth, Worship, Young Adult and Associate pastors in 4 churches in Iowa and Florida.
In 2020 after a unique season of “marketplace ministry”, Jade was convinced that it was time for the believers to unite, and to gather the scattered. Over the next few years she founded “Gather at the Fire” an intercessory prayer/worship ministry that met monthly.
In addition to providing leadership and vision for the Landing, she is involved in with other leaders in the state of Iowa who are contending for a move of God like we have never seen. Jade loves to spend time in God’s presence, seek out the treasure of his word, and release others into their God-given identity.
Aaron has a pastoral heart. In addition to mentoring and coaching people in their relationship with God, he also has been given space, to live missional, in the world of musical entertainment. Since 2015 Aaron has been a piano and vocal entertainer and has had the opportunity of bringing joy to thousands nationally and internationally! He is excited to help equip powerful children of God discover their true identity and to show up in the love of Jesus wherever they go.
Jade and Aaron reside in Burlington, IA. They have been married for 16 years and have two amazing children Silas and Rosalie.
Josh & Kendra DeSotel
Josh and Kendra DeSotel are the parents to 4 beautiful children. They have been eager to follow the move of God in every area of their lives. During the first 21 years of marriage they have served in their local church worship teams, been missionaries to multiple countries seeking to give hope to the lost, and orphans. They have adopted two beautiful girls and continue to support other missionaries in their call to spread the gospel. They have tasted the goodness of God and have been willing to pursue Him with their whole lives. Often times living on the edge to seek the mysterious and wonders of God. They pursue Heaven and the restoration of all things by listening and seeking His voice.
Their life verse is, ”So Jesus said, “I speak to you eternal truth. The Son is unable to do anything from himself or through his own initiative. I only do the works that I see the Father doing, for the Son does the same works as his Father. “Because the Father loves his Son so much, he always reveals to him everything that he is about to do. And you will all be amazed when he shows him even greater works than what you’ve seen so far!“

Their goal and desire is to see everyone come into the fullness of God’s grace and love, knowing who’s they are and who they are. That the orphan spirit would be eradicated by the abundant, supreme power of the Love of God!

Jeff and Janet Allgood were both born and raised in Burlington—and have a treasured collectionof family memories. Since being married, they have been on a spiritual adventure that eventually led them back home, with a Kingdom dream.
Jeff pursued a career as a primary care and ER physician, until he received an inspiring call from God to enter full time ministry. He loved his training experience at Bethel in Redding, CA. Jeff has been involved in church leadership the majority of his adult life. He has a variety of ministry experiences—including Senior Leader, Pastor of Discipleship and Short-Term Missions Leader to 4 continents. His Life Message is: Helping others discover the deep cry of their heart: “There must be more!” Sharing the hope of the Kingdom, and demonstrating the Father’s love…
Janet initially worked as a Registered Nurse, but then cherished an extended season in her roles as homemaker, wife and mother. While at Bethel, she discovered that her heart beats with a passion to lead others in growth and transformation. Now, as a Life Coach, Janet loves the authenticity of one-on-one relationships—as she comes alongside people in times of trial and transition. Her life message is, “To point others to the goodness of God, the beauty of creation, and the glory He has placed in each of us.”
Jeff and Janet have 4 adult children who are all engaged in their own God adventures. They are blessed with 6 thriving grandchildren.
